I am glad to share my great experience about my daughter.
I started to teach my daughter in the 6-month about the Baby signing time. I got signing is useful for her about the language development.
It is a true miracle that her language ability level including comprehension and expression is higher than the kids in the same age after studying ASL thru the baby signing time.
You please keep a traditional mindset away that signing is suit for children in special needs. I definitely let you know the signing time can help everyone who gets a confidence to express in front of others. He/she ever likes communicating with others too. He/she will get an interest of recognizing everything as well. The experience on my daughter is the best evidence!
